Gluten-free atta is multigrain atta without any gluten based grains. This flour can be used to prepare roti/chapati.
Ingredients: Buckwheat, Arrowroot powder, Pearl millet, Finger millet, Kodo millet, Barnyard millet, Little millet, Foxtail millet, and Great millet.
Method of Preparation :
1. Take the required quantity of Ammae Glutenfree flour and prepare the soft dough using warm or cold water.
2. Cover the dough & keep it for three to five minutes.
3. Roll chapati/roti smoothly with the help of a rolling pin, roll them into a thin disc.
4. Heat flat pan and place chapati/roti over it, cook evenly till brown spots appear on both sides.
5. Serve hot.
