Directions of use:
Take the required quantity of ammae instant idly mix, add required salt. Add water gradually and mix without lumps to idly batter consistency. Rest this batter to ferment for at least 6 to 8 hrs. Now it is ready to make soft idlis. This pack will yield approximately 20 idlis.
