Amosteo Healthy Porridge, 200g, Pack of 2

AMOSTEO Health porridge is a porridge powder mix for all.

Ingredients: Black Gram, Sesame seeds, Salem Idly Rice, Pumpkin Seeds, and Dry Ginger.

Porridge Preparation: For one tablespoon of AMOSTEO, add 200ml of water and mix without lumps. Boil this in medium flame till cooked, then switch off. It will thicken. Basic porridge is ready. Add salt & asafoetida powder for taste. Buttermilk is optional. Or even jaggery, grated coconut, and cardamom can be added. Milk is optional.

Laddoos: Jaggery and little ghee can be added to AMOSTEO powder to make healthy laddoos.
