Ingredients - Salem Idly rice and Wheat, Split green gram (moong dal) and Roasted gram, Ajwain (Omam).
How to do - Ammae Papmeal is a instant porridge mix. Mix 2 spoons of papmeal to small quantity of water. Mix properly without lumps and bring to boil in low flame for 4 minutes until it becomes paste consistency. Add salt for taste and serve warm to child.
