Pulilhora Mix, 175g

Ingredients:

Tamarind, Corriander seeds, Groundnuts, Blackgram, Bengal gram, Pepper, Red chilly, Asafoetida, Fenugreek, Mustard seeds, Turmeric powder & Salt.

Directions of Use:

Empty the mix in a dry air tight container. For every use, mix the powder thoroughly due to the density variation of the ingredients in the mix. For one and a half cup of cooked rice, sprinkle one heaped tablespoon of the mix. Add fresh curry leaves. Heat required sesame oil and pour on top of the rice. Mix the rice, powder and oil well. Yummy homemade pulihora is ready to eat.
